Current Vacancies - Wimbledon Kids Club
Early Years Educator (Level 2 or above desirable)
Start September 2025 16hrs during Term-Time (39 weeks) 2.30 – 6.30 pm
Monday – Thursday, 40 hours during school holidays (13 weeks) on a shift basis
This candidate will work alongside our fast-paced programs supporting; opening (setting up), closing (pack away), school collections, engaging with children in Reception to Year 2 (4 – 8years) supporting/leading outings (local park, museums, beach trips, zoo's to name a few) and working in partnership with our families and outside agencies. As mentioned above, this post requires extended hours during the school holidays when we run our Holiday Club Program.
This candidate requires motivation and excitement about the role as well as an understanding that childcare is not just a job, but a profession and should be wholly committed to their continuous professional development.
Candidates should be confident they can meet the requirements set out within the relevant roles and responsibilities document and be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills and enthusiastically maintain and promote the goals of the room, setting and the ethos and core values of the company.
Salary starting from: £12,915 - £14,000

Staff Bank
We also run an active ‘Staff Bank’ which we use for cover when our permanent staff are on training or holiday so if you are looking for something more flexible this may be for you. You can be qualified or unqualified.
Hourly rates from £11.00 - £14.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
