Full Time Early Years Educators – Secondary Key Carer
40hours per week on a shift basis
*** WELCOME BONUS OF £500 for unqualified and £1000 for Level 2 or above ***
This person will work alongside an established room team that ooze warmth and comfort. This person will work within an environment that enables the children to freely access the prime areas to self-stimulate alongside natural development occurrences. Early Years Educators will adopt the Planning in the Moment approach and will support each child individually to excel to their full potential. Once successfully passing probation BB will support all training towards achieving and/or extending childcare qualifications with the view to supporting this member in becoming a future BB key carer.
Salary: £23,474.00 - £26,000.00 per annum

Full Time Qualified Early Years Educators – Primary Key Carers

We are looking for Level 2 and above passionate educators to join our fantastic team.
Have you worked in an Early Years setting for a minimum of 1yr and held the responsibility of key person? Contact us today.
You should have a sound knowledge of child development and should be able to demonstrate secure attachments with the children, have good oral written skills and be dedicated to delivering the highest quality care and education. You should have excellent partnerships with the parents, your colleagues and any other professionals you may work alongside.
All candidates require innovation and excitement about the role and should be wholly committed to their continuous professional development.
Salary Information: £26,000 - £28,300 depending on qualification and number of key children

Staff Bank
We also run an active ‘Staff Bank’ which we use for cover when our permanent staff are on training or holiday so if you are looking for something more flexible this may be for you. You can be qualified or unqualified.
Hourly rates from £11.00 - £14.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
