My name is Lynne and I joined Building Blocks in February 2020. I worked as a teaching assistant in Saudi Arabia for 9 years. I have also been looking after my own children and grandchildren over the years. I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I love doing arts and crafts with the children and enjoy reading with them. I love spending time with my family. I love supporting the children’s learning alongside their parents. I have my Level 3 in Childcare and Education, and I’m very much looking forward to applying my new knowledge to my practice. I am currently studying for my Level 5 in Leadership and Management and can't wait to begin my new role as the room lead in nursery school!

Hello, I’m Siobhan I joined Building Blocks in July 2024. I hold an NNEB Level 3 in childcare, a foundation degree in Early Years and a BA honor’s degree in Early Years and Education. Previously, I worked as a career Nanny for the past 22 years, supporting and caring for various families’ children, their ages ranging from 3 months old to 15 years old. I completed my early years teacher degree this year, and I have loved putting what I have learnt into practice. I am approachable at all times, so please say hello.

My name is Khia. I joined Building Blocks in January 2025, I have a fun personality, am dedicated to my work, and always strive to do better with a smile. I am looking forward to working in a nursery setting to support and see young minds develop to their fullest potential. My friends and family are important to me. I like to travel to see the world. In my spare time, I enjoy art, painting, drawing and spending time with my friends and family.

My name is Grace, and I joined Building Blocks in September 2022. I attended as a child myself, and it’s great to be back to have a positive impact on the learning and teaching of others. I have achieved my Level 2 in Childcare and will be beginning my Level 3 in December 2024. My hobbies are dancing, shopping and spending time with my family and friends.
