Below please find an overview of the team that will be caring for and developing your child

Hi there, I am Anna. I have been working at Building  Blocks since January 2010 and I am a Lead Early Years Educator within our Premier Pre School classroom. I have my NVQ level 2 and 3 in Childcare and Education and I am currently studying for my level 5 in Leadership and Management, I am also a named and trained designated safeguarding lead for the setting. During my time here I have been alongside all age groups and love to observe children achieve new skills. I enjoy creative activities, the messier the better! I am a parent myself and I love spending time with my daughter, my husband and family members.

My name is Eva, and I joined Building  Blocks in October 2022. Watching the children develop and grow into their own personalities is so rewarding. I am currently completing my level 3 and I am looking forward to building on my existing skill set as a primary key carer. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, spending time with friends and being around animals.

My name is Santela, and I joined Building Blocks in August 2023. I have previously worked within our Kids Club and Nursery School classrooms, I have been completing my level 3 and am excited to continue my development as a primary key carer. I am helpful, hardworking and kind, working as part of a team and helping others is important to me. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

My name is Nataliia, and I started at Building  Blocks in March 2023. I am Ukrainian born and came to the UK in 2014. I worked as a private Nanny for 9 years, caring for children aged 6 months to 9 years old before joining here. I have a CACHE Level 2 in childcare and recently completed my Level 3. I have been working with children for over 35 years and I have never looked back. In my spare time I love reading, knitting, going to the theatre, cinema, travelling and working as a volunteer.

My name is Secil and I started at Building Blocks in January 2026. I am an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a strong background in inclusive education and one-to-one student support. I have worked closely with children with autism and learning difficulties, adapting learning materials and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. My approach is patient, empathetic, and student-focused, aiming to help every child reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment is very important to me. I value understanding each child’s individual needs, encouraging their emotional and social growth, and working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality early years education.

I enjoy creating engaging and nurturing environments and helping children grow in confidence and independence.

I consider myself a caring, patient and supportive person.
