Hi there, I am Anna. I have been working at Building Blocks since January 2010, and I am a Lead Early Years Educator within our Top Toddlers. I have my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Childcare and Education, and I love to observe children achieve new skills. I am also a named and trained designated safeguarding lead for the setting. During my time at Building Blocks, I have been alongside all age groups. I enjoy creative activities, the messier the better! I am a parent myself and I love spending time with my daughter, my husband and family members. I am currently studying for my Level 5 in Leadership and Management and can't wait to apply my new knowledge! I am also the Safeguarding Lead for the setting.

My name is Baylee, I joined Building Blocks in March 2023. I have recently completed a Health and Social Care Level 1 qualification in March 2023. My previous experience was working in a nursery setting with children aged 6 months to 5 years old. I have also cared for children as a babysitter for a variety of families, ages ranging from 1 year old to 10 years old. Looking after my younger sister for the past several years has supported my decision to pursue a career in childcare. I wish to continue to develop further in childcare, through further training and gaining my CACHE Level 2 in childcare. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, listening to music, playing games and hanging out with my younger sister.

My name is Eva, and I joined Building Blocks in October 2022. Watching the children develop and grow into their own personalities is so rewarding. I have recently achieved my paediatric first aid, and I am looking forward to building on my existing skill set and looking forward to my new adventure in the Premier Preschool. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, spending time with friends and being around animals.

My name is Santela, and I joined Building Blocks in August 2023. I have previously worked at a nursery in Chertsey, working with children aged 2- 3 years old and really enjoyed it, so I am looking forward to developing further with I am helpful, hardworking and kind, what is important to me is to work as part of a team and to help others. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

My name is Nataliia, and I started at Building Blocks in March 2023. I am Ukrainian-born and came to the UK in 2014. I worked as a private Nanny for the last 9 years, caring for children aged 6 months to 9 years old. I have a CACHE Level 2 in childcare and recently completed my Level 3. I have been working with children for over 35 years, and I have never looked back. In my spare time, I love reading, knitting, going to the theatre, cinema, travelling and working as a volunteer.

My name is Ewa, and I joined Building Blocks in February 2024. I lived in Poland and worked in a Pre-school looking after children 2 years old -5 years old. I moved to the UK and wanted to share my experience in a Nursery setting. I am a calm, happy person who is passionate about supporting all children in a healthy, nurturing educational environment, where they can have fun and play safely. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books, going for long walks in the sun or going for a jog! I have recently started my Level 3 in Childcare and cannot wait to put my knowledge into practice.
